Employer terms

These terms apply to any business purchasing job advertising on Settld., in addition to our general terms of use.

Listings and duration

Standard listings run for 30 days, Featured listings for 45 days, and Industry Spotlight includes enhanced distribution. Multi-Listing Employer supports up to 10 live roles per monthly term. Enterprise scope is agreed in writing.

Payment, GST and invoices

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is applied at checkout for Australian customers and a tax invoice is issued for every order. Payment does not guarantee publication: every listing remains subject to Settld. approval.

Refunds

Listings are non-refundable once live, because the advertising has been delivered. Where Settld. causes a publishing error we will correct and re-run the listing.

Content standards

Listings must relate to a genuine, currently available role, must not be misleading, must comply with anti-discrimination and workplace law, and must not require candidates to pay to apply. Settld. may edit, suspend or remove a listing that breaches these standards, without refund where the breach is material.

Distribution

Inclusion in Settld.\u2019s weekly careers distribution, produced with our media partner Real Estate Today, is an eligibility benefit of the Recruitment Partner package. It is applied at Settld.\u2019s discretion and is not a guaranteed placement or reach commitment.

Candidate data

Applications you receive may only be used to assess the applicant for the advertised role and must be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
