About the role
Build the foundations of a long-term career in buyer’s advocacy, working alongside an experienced Buyer’s Agent across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. You will prospect and network for new clients, build agent relationships and support property searches and acquisitions from initial brief through to purchase.
A boutique Buyer’s Agency with a strong reputation across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. The business works with repeat and referral clients, acquiring residential property ranging from multi-million dollar harbour-side homes to beachside properties, with a professional and highly accountable approach.
Key responsibilities
Prospect for new clients and opportunities
Build relationships across the sales agent network
Source off-market and pre-market properties
Research properties, comparables and council information
Monitor listings, price changes and withdrawals
Support client searches through to acquisition
Skills and experience
1–2 years’ experience in leasing or as an associate agent
A current Certificate of Registration
Demonstrate confidence prospecting over the phone
Build professional relationships with agents and clients
Work well with KPIs and accountability
Drivers licence and reliable car
