Join an established residential buyer’s agency expanding its Sydney team. Focusing on either the Eastern Beaches or Inner West, you will guide clients through the full property search and acquisition process, from understanding their brief through to sourcing, negotiation, exchange and settlement.

Key responsibilities
Source quality residential properties for clients
Guide buyers with local market insights
Conduct thorough due diligence before purchase
Manage negotiations and purchasing strategy
Build relationships to access off-market opportunities
Nurture clients from brief through settlement
Skills and experience
Bring residential sales or buyer’s agent experience
Demonstrate strong local market knowledge
Hold a current NSW real estate licence
Hold a valid driver’s licence and reliable car
Build trusted client and referral relationships
Strong ability to network and build your client base
