About the role
Join a boutique property management agency for an initial three-month contract, with the potential to extend. Working one-on-one with a property management savvy Director, you will step into a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management and leasing of a residential portfolio.
A boutique North Shore agency with a 100% focus on property management. You will join a small, hands-on team and work closely with a Director who knows property management inside out. The environment is relaxed, supportive and process driven, with plenty of trust to get on with your day.
Key responsibilities
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Advertise properties, manage inquiry and run leasing inspections
Process applications and assist with tenant selection
Draft leases and coordinate deposits, and key handovers
Raise work orders and coordinate trades as required
Skills and experience
Previous property management experience essential
Experience with leasing and tenant selection
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
Driver’s license and reliable car
Organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail
MUST be able to commit to the full 3 month contract
Benefits
$45 per hour + superannuation
Mileage reimbursement and monthly phone allowance
