About the role
Step away from a traditional agency portfolio and manage a small number of properties for a single landlord. Combining property management, leasing and some facilities management, you will also get to oversee minor renovation projects and identify opportunities to improve rental returns, without the pressure of managing a large portfolio.
Join an established property investment business, working closely with its. Based in a beautifully appointed office with easy parking, this role offers stability and the opportunity to manage property from an investor perspective rather than within a traditional real estate agency.
Key responsibilities
Manage leasing from inspections through key handover
Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Oversee facilities, repairs, quotes and trades
Coordinate minor renovations, budgets and contractors
Manage compliance and NCAT matters as required
Skills and experience
5+ years’ residential property management experience
Strong legislation knowledge
A current driver’s licence and reliable car
Strong attention to detail, highly organised
A stable work history and employment references
