About the role
Coordinate the sales and marketing tasks from appraisal through to settlement alongside a supportive and experienced sales team. This Monday to Friday role is a blend of marketing and admin tasks but also offers the occasional opportunity to help with Saturday opens and progress your career into sales in the future.

Key responsibilities
Prepare for appraisals and manage follow up
Set up listings in the CRM and order contracts
Order signboards, brochures, DL cards etc
Send listing live online and manage any updates
Prepare open and auction packs
Coordinate photos, copy writers and floor plan appointments
Liaison with solicitors, council, buyers and vendors
Use Canva and Realtair to design collateral
Skills and experience
Experience in real estate essential
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication
Drivers license and reliable car
Flexibility to work the occasional Saturday open home
